Mountain-Range Mountain Range Farm
Mountain Range Farm is a productive certified organic vegetable farm and wholesale plant nursery.  The garden operates as an organically certified market garden that is a non-for-profit organisation producing vegetables for personal and commercial use.  The plots are constructed of raise concrete beds that provide a solid foundation with high quality soil to produce a range of vegetables.  Members sell their produce to organic co-operatives and direct to the public.
Produce includes: – lettuce, tomatoes, eggplant, pumpkins, zucchini, beetroot, leafy greens and more.

Native-Raspberry-Paste Native Raspberry Paste
Penny is passionate about hand harvesting native raspberries from the bushland of the Illawarra Escarpment.  The Australian wild raspberries are small to medium prickly shrubs. Found beside creeks and tracks in sunlit rainforest areas, the 2-3 metre high bush produces 10mm edible sweet red berries from June to October.  Once harvested the raspberries are transformed into a paste that is a perfect accompaniment to cheese.

Shoalhaven-Mushrooms Shoalhaven Mushrooms
Gary & Michelle are mushroom magicans….growing beautiful whites (small, medium & large); flats and Swiss Browns from their property in Termeil.   The growing sheds house 8 x environment-controlled growing rooms that are continuously cycled.  Gary mixes his own growing medium, which is placed on top of the peat blocks and the miraculous mycelium is applied then teeny buds starting to pop up, signalling the beginning of a first flush.  Swiss Browns take longer to grow and only flush twice.
